- Seal backed by 300 series stainless steel washer
- Stainless steel lock nut and bolt to ensure reliability
- Stainless steel spring does not allow poppet to spin
- Zinc plates body outside and inside for better corrosion resistance
- Heavier wall thickness than competitors
- Merrill 500 series check valves are rated for a maximum weight of 1,000lbs. in tension (down pull)
