1982-83 Atlanta Braves Game Issued Worn Team Sweather by Sand Knit, RARE!

For your consideration is one of the Holy Grails for Braves memorabilia collectors... The 1982-83 Sand Knit game sweater! Only used for two seasons (1982 and '83), very few of these sweaters were made and precious few are found on the open market almost 40 years later.
This example is a beauty that shows little to no use. This may possibly be due to the Extra Small size. The measurements are approx. 18 inches across from pit to pit, then tapers to approx. 15 inches across at the elastic waistline. The length is approx. 25 inches from shoulder to bottom. The zipper works perfectly and all elastic is still supple, tight and stretchy. There are no rips, holes or tears and all colors are still vibrant.
I have never seen an example of this garment with a special "exclusive" Sand Knit tag... Just always having the lone Sand Knit manufacturer's tag in the neckline. The last photo shows pitching coach Bob Gibson's sweater, which also features just the standard manufacturer's tag.
Frankly, this may be the nicest example of this sweater you'll ever find. While these tend to sell in the 0 to 0 range when offered, I'm pricing this to sell because of the smaller size. These sweaters don't come along every day, so grab this fast if interested!
