Garcia Mitchell 402 salt water high speed reel/rate this one 9.8.  3 places on bottom of body have 1/32 paint missing in addition to on top of spool.  No rust.  For a user, you got it made.  If you want to replace spool, check one of my other listings, I have one NEW IN YELLOW BOX from ~70's.
