MITCHELL408UL FRENCH MADE SPINNING REEL, PLANAMATIC GEARS, EXTRA SHALLOW SPOOL

Description

For your bidding pleasure is my Mitchell 408, French made, ultralite spinning
reel in nice condition.
The bail is nice and snappy with excellent chrome, no pitting.
The anti-reverse works perfectly when
properly engaged with Mitchell's signature
clicking sound. I will include a shallow spool along with the reel even though
I
don't show it in the pictures, but will be included.
The paint on the overall reel is in poor condition, as you can see by the photos.
Scuff marks
along the side plate, rotor and along the foot.
The serial# on the foot
reads 309324, the first # (3?), very hard to m make out.  Mechanically
speaking, it's in perfect condition,
winds smoothly.
