Snapchat Spectacles Glasses Coral -Charges but I Can't Connect Bluetooth

This is practically new.  I bought it but have never used it because I cannot connect it to my phone using Bluetooth. I tried all troubleshooting steps but couldn't get it to connect. It charges and looks fantastic. I think you should buy this if you are a tinkerer and can fix it or if you want to own a piece of Snapchat history, or if you need some cool sunglasses.
