Vintage 1960s Ginnette size Baby doll with original Christening Very Sweet!

This auction is for a vintage Vogue Gineete Size doll in its original christening outfit. Outfit is nicely lined and comes with a matching cap. Outfit is not tagged. Doll is marked with what looks like the number 49 on the back of the head. I am not sure if this is a Vogue Ginette doll or not but it is the same size. Leg is loose - see photo. Doll is being sold as is.
