    :  Vintage CHILDREN'S SAFETY SCISSORS:  BIRD SHAPED.  Manufactured by Penn.  Made in Japan, presumably during the 70's.  Style no. 78.  NEW OLD STOCK in original sealed packaging. Minor wear to packaging from storage over the years.
    The majority of the items that I sell on eBay are
    vintage
