VINTAGE DAIWA 7000C SELLER REFURBISHED SPINNING REEL 🐟.
The above reel is up for auction. This reel has been used in saltwater and had salt residue on it but it operated like a charm so I went to work on it and it came out above My expectations. The only flaw in this reel is the spool is scratched and was stored with saltwater in the line and it chalked up the spool. I’ve cleaned it and its smooth, and when You add line You can’t see where I buffed it out. Everything else is very clean, inspected and serviced. It’s as smooth as if it were just out of the box. I also completely serviced the drag system and the line guide roller on the bail. “It rolls and has some miles left on it.” Still available and easily replaced. This reel has three good ball bearings. A brass pinion gear, a convenient anti reverse switch, a Frt spring loaded adjustable drag system in the spool, “serviced”. It has a skirted spool, left or right hand retrieve, weight 1lb 8.6ozs. Collapsable handle, strong bail spring, fresh or saltwater, gear ratio 1.4.4
