Condition of the item:
has scratches around with some scuffs and a little dirty, Please look at all the photos for condition.
Function status of the Item:
Works, but its making a clicking noise inside when I spin it, not sure what it is, and when I fold out the front bar it does not go back, looks like the spring is broken inside and the side lock to hold the bar open looks like its bent a little as well, so it will be sold ASIS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.
